It is very simple. Follow following steps:

1.Create a folder named “Ritesh” on the Desktop Screen.

2.At the Desktop create a new notepad file with the exact statement

ren Ritesh Ritesh.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}

3.Now save this text file as lock.bat

4.Create another notepad file and type

ren Ritesh.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} Ritesh

5.Save this as Unlock.bat

6.Now you have two batch files .

Double click on the file lock.bat and your folder will change into Control Panel icon and there is no chance to see the contents of the folder.

7.To open the folder double click on Unlock.bat and you get your original folder.

As an IT major who is also a Windows fanatic, I am excited for the newest operating system by Microsoft: Windows 7.  It was released on Oct. 22, and sales are high as expected.  I have only used the beta version of Windows 7, but I was very impressed and hope that it can make up for the Vista blunder.  I have personally only used Windows XP since it came out, and I think that 7 is finally worthy of switching to.  I also think that it will be accepted more by the users than Vista was, and will eventually replace the hardcore XP users.  I found an article about some of the new networking features in Windows 7 for all you IT people who are interested.

Basically CON, PRN, LPT1, LPT2 and LPT3  are reserved by window based operting system so you can not create a folder which name is similar to this.

But if you want a folder name looks like this then follow following steps:

1. Create a new folder on desktop

2. Type CON

3. Press Alt + 0160

4. Hit Enter

Now you can see a folder named CON.

You can follow above steps for rest of the name provided by me in this post.
