Basically CON, PRN, LPT1, LPT2 and LPT3  are reserved by window based operting system so you can not create a folder which name is similar to this.

But if you want a folder name looks like this then follow following steps:

1. Create a new folder on desktop

2. Type CON

3. Press Alt + 0160

4. Hit Enter

Now you can see a folder named CON.

You can follow above steps for rest of the name provided by me in this post.
